This system is designed to reclaim both the products wasted coming from the cleaning of the molds and the extrusion heads and products out of tolerance for weight and size.

This unit consists of:

• Cutting unit: to divide wasted blocks and strips into smaller pieces.
• Feeding belt: to supply the system with rubber pieces.
• Conical twin-screw extruder CTE: equipped with a gear pump GP, able to filter and preform the reclaimed rubber into strips and/or pellets.

Questo sistema è progettato per riutilizzare sia i prodotti di scarto derivanti dalla pulizia degli stampi e delle teste di estrusione sia dai prodotti fuori tolleranza per peso e dimensioni.

L’unità è composta da:

• Taglierina: per suddividere i blocchi e le strisce di scarto in spezzoni.
• Caricatore a nastro: per alimentare il sistema con gli spezzoni di gomma.
• Estrusore bivite conico CTE con pompa ad ingranaggi GP, in grado di filtrare e preformare la gomma rigenerata in strisce e/o granuli.
