Medical sector extrusion lines
Colmec designs and develops extrusion lines for clean rooms, able to meet medical industry requirements and in accordance with cGMP/FDA and OMS standards, software 21CFR11 part 11 FDA.
All components in contact with the extruded material are made according to FDA requirements and depending on the different specifications, they are supplied with surfaces in special paints, stainless steel or nickel.
Each stage of processing the extruded preform is controlled by the Colmec supervisory system that integrates all the components of the line and allows to have a centralized management of the data.
