MIXER + MILL + BATCH-OFF
The configuration of this line composed of Internal mixer, mill and batch off requires a continuous presence of at least one operator. Furthermore, this line is not always capable to produce the compound in a single phase, in most cases a double step is required.
This mixing solution is less and less used due to the non-uniformity of the batches, the safety for the operator , the environmental and the high production cost
