MIXER + CTM + CTE CAL/GP + BATCH OFF
The configuration of this line includes an intermixer, a CTM Conical twin Mixer (patented), a CTE Conical Twin extruder with calender or with a GP gear pump when straining is required.
This type of mixing line can be automated and can work in a single phase. Consistent and repeatable compounding quality is guaranteed for all the batches with an exclusive automatic control of all the working parameters.
